Vendor Application Information
Details & Costs
Vendor spaces at the Cohasset Farmers Market are limited, with a focus on produce, food items, local artisans, and community organizations promoting wellness, charitable, or socially engaging causes. All vendors and their products are evaluated by our Board of Directors for suitability.
Table space and location are designated by the Market Manager, and while we try to accommodate preferences, flexibility is appreciated. Vendor spots are available for Full Season, Occasional, or Single Day:
$200 Full Season Non-food truck vendor
$225 Full Season Food truck vendor
$125 Occasional Vendor (up to 9 markets)
$25 One day table
$50 Full Season Youth vendor
Submit your application by May 19th. Upon approval, an invoice will be issued, and payment is due by May 30th to secure your spot (no refunds). Accepted payment methods include check or credit card.
Please read the Vendor Guidelines before completing the application. Food vendors must file required forms with the Cohasset Board of Health (contact at 781-383-4100 or visit their website).
